Table Tasty is the blend that started our business. We wanted a really good, healthy, all-natural, low-sodium, popcorn seasoning. Using fresh, high-quality ingredients and a touch of lemon, we’ve captured a nice salty taste with no bitter aftertaste. Also good sprinkled on raw or cooked foods, especially where you miss the salt taste, such as eggs, fresh tomatoes, potatoes, corn-on-the-cob, cottage cheese, etc. It also helps satisfy those salt cravings. Great added to soups, sauces, and gravies which usually taste better with just a hint of salt added. Also, add it to sour cream for a quick and easy dip. Anyone on a low-sodium diet would appreciate Table Tasty to get rid of the usually bland-tasting diet.

The sample took about five months to arrive, but Its, hands down, definitely the best salt substitute I’ve ever tried.
The flavor and smell is comparable (to me) to an ichiban soup packet (and there’s not a lot that gets saltier than that). I put it on some veggies and then ended up eating the rest straight up . Is that good. There’s no after taste at all save for a pleasant slight spicy tang. I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be ordering the full product as I had forgotten about ordering the sample and have good health , but I’d recommend just getting the 12.99 dollar shaker over the sample if you’re really dedicated to cutting out salt (or you’re smarter and more patient than me and like to prevent a problem ). Chances are very high you’ll enjoy it and it would save you a lot of time.

I am pregnant and cannot have salt because of high blood pressure. I’ve tried different variations of salt substitutes, and nothing was breaking flavor. It was only adding a horrible aftertaste. And when you’re already averting from foods that don’t taste well, that doesn’t help. This seasoning is fantastic! Whoever made God blesses this! Researching to find what works for that salty taste and then providing it to people with free shipping because the world is expensive. One of my excellent friends helped me learn how to cook food without salt. I bought one for her too. This seasoning should be in every household. Benson’s table tasty is just that. I find Benson’s Table Tasty to be an incredible salt substitute — none of the many other similarly marketed products come close to Table Tasty — to my pallet at least. I live in Ohio and find the hygroscopic nature of Table Tasty a problem in the humid summer months — any good solutions? For regular table salt (NaCl) people used to add white rice to the shaker — I wonder if that would work? As an aside since your are in the Las Vegas area are you perhaps in the family tree of Ezra Taft Benson who was Eisenhower’s Secretary of Agriculture by chance? ????
