The very best Salt substitute I’ve found and believe me I’ve tried many. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and told to reduce my sodium intake. Easier said than done. Everything that tastes good is packed with sodium. Or at least it felt that way. So now I even carry the Table Tasty in a smaller shaker bottle in my purse to use in restaurants when salt is needed. I know it’s a little pricey. But well worth it if you’re missing your salt flavor. Initially you can taste the salt flavor. Then you can taste the other spices they use to enhance the flavor. I actually think it’s better than salt. More flavorful.
