Grilled Swordfish with Balsamic Onion Sauce

Grilled swordfish can be dry but
with this sauce it is moist and delicious

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
2 medium Red Onions, peeled, sliced thin
1 clove Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
4 teaspoons #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning
Vegetable Cooking Spray
4 6-ounce Swordfish Steaks
Lemon Wedge and/or Parsley garnish, optional

In 12-inch non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic; sauté 6-8 minutes. Add water, vinegar, tomato paste, 1 teaspoon #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning; simmer 2 minutes. Cover and set aside. Prepare grill. Sprinkle remaining #106 Gusto Salt-Free seasoning on both sides of sword-fish; press firmly into steaks. Place fish on grill sprayed well with vegetable cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. Plate fish. Top with onion sauce. Serve.
